Sexuality: The Joker is actually straight. The few people he's been genuinely attracted to in his lifetime have been women. That said, there is nothing the man will not do for the sake of his art so he will not only flirt with other men but sleep with them too (albeit very rarely). His outward sexual orientation is whatever makes you uncomfortable or whatever furthers his own goals. He is quite shameless. Sexuality, like everything else, becomes a weapon when wielded by the Joker.
Medical info: He is in pain all the time but is usually not aware of it. It just became another part of life to him. Because of this, he has the ability to suppress pain that he should normally feel from being wounded. Even with several ribs broken the Joker is known to keep fighting. He has also exposed himself, purposefully, to many hazardous chemicals which gives him a very high resistance to poisons and an immunity to poisons of his own design. There are actually so many toxins in this man's body that it's a wonder he's still alive. Mosquitoes that bite him die quickly from his tainted blood.
What's okay to mention around him: Whatever you want just be prepared for...literally anything.
Notes for the psychics: The Joker's mind is a labyrinth. You should be cautious upon trying to probe his thoughts. While surface thoughts are easily accessible, going any deeper may prove hazardous. If he becomes aware of what you're doing he may try to find ways to draw you in deeper and make you insane by getting YOU lost in HIS mind. If you are particularly sensitive to psychic or empathic feedback, the Joker's mind may cause you substantial distress. There could be some interesting things that happen from this. If you want to deep-scan the Joker's thoughts then let me know.
Notes for the magi: Joker is not a magical creature and possesses no actual supernatural powers. However, for a period of time he had the Fifth Dimensional magic of Mxyzptlk which he used to reshape the cosmos in his own image. Only a select few beings know this happened so odds are your character has no memory of it. After he was defeated he retained a small amount of the magic which incubated inside of him until it became the imp Bat-Mite. By this point the magic is nearly completely gone but hyper-sensitive magi may be able to detect a residual "something" if they touch him with the intent of scanning him for magic.
Abilities: The Joker possesses a genius intellect and can excel at anything he commits himself to. He is an expert chemist and engineer. His weapons are comedy-themed but all can be deadly when used the right way. He has a lethally electric joy buzzer, cyanide pies, a lapel flower that squirts acid, and razor-sharp playing cards just to name a few. When encountered out and about he is likely to be equipped with some sort of venom or chemical weapon that causes his victims to literally die laughing, a small edged weapon and a small firearm. The Joker does not like guns, he prefers knives, but is known to actually be an expert marksman.
He has no actual super-human abilities but is said to be so crazy that he comes at sanity again from the other direction. This super-sanity allows him to perceive the universe on a level that few others can so he is able to reinvent himself and his own personality as he sees fit. Because of this he is an expert liar, able to cheat any polygraph test as he often tricks himself into believing in his own lies. While not a tank, the Joker possesses the strength of madness and is incredibly agile. He hits harder than his slight frame may lead you to believe. In Gotham people tell their children stories of the local supervillains to scare them. When the supervillains attempt to scare each other they tell stories of the Joker.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Well, ask me first but I can't imagine why not.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Uhm...if you....want? He's actually pretty tactile and may frequently drape all over you. Even so, he can react violently sometimes if others touch him without his permission. So, as with everything else Joker? Sure. Just don't expect it to necessarily end well.
Maim/murder/death: Ask me first, but bear in mind that he's very difficult to kill. That said...maiming? Horribly wounding? I'll probably be all for it.
Threadjacking: Obviously, if it's a filtered or encrypted thread then no. Otherwise? Threadjack at will.
On Flirting: A special notice for this. You may notice that the Joker will...flirt with you. Possibly quite a bit. But worry not, dear RPer, his player is here to help you through this traumatic experience. Truth is, Joker probably doesn't think you are anything special. He just flirts. A lot. With everything that moves (and a few things that don't. Certain species of coral.) Generally he's doing it to make you uncomfortable.
The Fourth Wall: Joker is a creature of myth. The Batman universe has existed for seventy years now and is deeply engraved in pop culture. If your character would recognize the Joker; either as a living entity or as a work of popular fiction, then feel free to recognize him. Just be aware that, well, it's the Joker. He may feel flattered or he may get moved to rage by it, depending on the situation.
Deductive Reasoning: The Joker is actually very capable at detective work. The difference being that he uses this talent to cause harm, rather than solve crimes. By watching a person intently he can pick up on subtle details such as where their eyes wander and how they breathe to determine facts about their lives. He uses his insights to worm under a person's skin, then rip them apart from the inside out. He is a student of the world and knows people very well and can manipulate their fears and insecurities in such a way that he is able to break even the most disciplined minds with enough focus. So let me know if there are any details about your character that you think Joker would know or any insecurities they have that you feel he'd pick up on. Bear in mind that usually he has to be in your physical presence to do this but he can pick up on fluctuations in your voice too if you are talking over the communicator for an extended period of time. He can also do this over a video chat.
The Joker is very chaotic and extremely dangerous. If you want to plot with him for anything ask me here! Also let me know if you'd rather the Joker not interact with you and I will do my best to keep him out of your character's hair.

IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE SEE?: she's a screwball 8( completely paranoid, very lonely, unwilling and almost unable to trust anyone else in any serious way. He can also pick up on the fact that she has a pretty uncaring personality-- also, a cruel streak, but that might not be that obvious most of the time because she's so inwardly fixated these days. Excessive hate for her brother and his allies, as well as any and all "traitors", is also pretty obvious. Uhhhhh what else. She urgently wants to go home to her father and her country-- two of the most important things in her life-- and could be pretty easily manipulated into doing basically anything if she thought it would help her get out of here. If she were from earlier on in the series-- or if she hadn't been in Siren's Port for months and months-- it would be much, much harder to use her in that way, but basically right now she's pretty desperate.

IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE SEE?: Edgeworth's generally fairly hard to read when he's on a case, so it'll be tough to pull from him any professional knowledge, but his discomfort in interpersonal interactions is pretty clear. And, when he cracks, he cracks pretty hard - if he's taken by either fear or depression, it's very obvious. And when certain topics are mentioned - earthquakes, close spaces, daddy issues, his childhood, blah blah blah emocakes - his discomfort is likewise clear.

IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE SEE?: He's something of a self-control freak- he takes pride in staying composed, and not allowing emotion to overrun his rationality. Before becoming too emotionally invested, he'll force himself to clinically detach- he seems to be wary of letting feelings overtake him. He's very proud of his intellect and his work, as a doctor he's very docile and supportive toward his patients, calm and supportive, good beside manner. He's eager, when confronted with a particularly challenging problem, can be a bit over-analytical, especially when comparing his previous experiences to the ways of this world.
Purpose is important to him, but he's curiously bitter at higher powers, and this over leaks into projecting something of an over-cautious paranoia around some authority figures. He's overly protective of Re-l Mayer, whom he has some very apparent strong and unrequited feelings for- on the rare occasion, fear for her safety is the closest thing that will ever skirt him towards mania.

IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE SEE?: Jack's fairly unstable, mentally, and any mentions of torture, asylums, doctors, therapy, rape, things of that nature, will set off that mental instability. So if he and Joker ever got into a conversation about that, Joker would definitely pick up that Jack's terrified/furious about those topics.

IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE SEE?: He's extremely insecure, but that should be pretty obvious seeing as he talks mostly in passive voice and his entire body language is quite timid. He used to think that people were pretty much good and influenced by bad things, and while he still thinks that, it's wearing away in SP. He's torn between being extremely scared of being left behind by himself (ohei, loneliness issues) and other people being hurt because of him (and that's happened a lot). But he's also extremely loyal and stubborn (like a puppy that won't stop following you even if you kick it around, if he creates a bond with someone) and just a tad gullible as a combination of being extremely sheltered growing up and because this is a new world. Seriously. He's never seen snow before. First time he stepped on dirt, he was eight years old on a field trip-- second time, he was fourteen. He's got, like, no world knowledge except what Lightning's drilled into his head (I'm pretty sure she drilled the 'don't go off with strangers' in his head, though).

Fourteen's a great age for hidden pent-up rage, man.

IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE SEE?: the kid's extremely defensive and quick to anger, because he uses that anger to hide fear, sadness, and any other emotions Naruto may not want to show. he's got enormous insecurities about people liking him and being afraid of him; he's a master at hiding it because he can act against and despite them, but they're there nonetheless. IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE SEE?: It depends on the situation, though around the Joker, he'll probably be incredibly shifty. Eyes looking for exits yet never leaving him for long, carrying himself as if he's ready for a fight, keeping good distance between them, obviously looking for outs, etc. He'd be reminded too much of some other crazy people he's had the pleasure to be acquainted with to act otherwise. Otherwise, he's pretty well in denial of his own insanity--nowhere near the Joker's level and there's certainly a different shape to it, but Ken's mind hasn't all been there in the past, and that terrifies him. He's also a murderer...well, assassin, but semantics--take that as you will.

IF "YES" WHAT CAN HE SEE?: Well, it'll be hard to actually read Crane since the mind is his forte, but he does give off subtle hints. Since it's joker, he's been around Crane long enough (Even if he's waaaay in the past) to know that he, quite frankly, doesn't care about other people, for the most part anyway. He's not afraid of very many things, but the obvious are crows, bats and batman. He's mentioned before that he has monophobia and due to his "nature" it's hard to get close to anyone, but you could say he's afraid to get close to people on a personal level because that would require investing yourself in them. More often then not they tend to turn on you (Which he's experienced throughout his lifetime) he takes betrayal bitterly and he doesn't like talking about himself unless he has good reason to (see villainous monologues). His mind is a literal maze and if he gets the feeling Joker's trying to weasel his way in his head, he's well prepared to deal with whatever Joker has to say. In most cases, he'd attempt to do the same to Joker. :>

When he wants to show that he's happy, it can be hard to see him as anything else, even if he's dying/crying/flipping tables inside, because that's his default mode. He does his best never to show that he's hurt; he always wants to have a smile for others. He also sees the world through rose-tinted glasses.
Once you get through that, though, there is only intense dislike for himself, the self-preservation instinct of a lemming, but also a steel will and conviction.

Occasionally humor, or pity, or annoyance - usually when he's doing serious manipulating his real emotions will be indicated in action tags. Xehanort is otherwise tremendously honest; he has no qualms about who he is or what he does (or has done) and tends to let anything and everything roll right off his shoulders.

He leans forward, getting into personal space, or speaks with a bit more emphasis. When he's disinterested, he mostly keeps to himself. He speaks softly and calmly, but not in a monotone. He has a particular sore spot about being forgotten or ridiculed.

He's very open about how he's not used to being human as he was previously a monster. He has a weird appearance, doesn't really wash himself as often as he should, and has terrible taste in clothes.

Her breathing and other details can pass as 'real', though.
While she has learned to control this, the angrier she gets, the younger she looks.
